I've had many close Military friends and colleagues Posted out and have seen a need to help Military connect with Realtors that understand BGRS. Advocates that know BGRS and can help for a smoother transition before, during and after a COS.  The goal is help military families during one of the most stressful parts of their life—relocation.

It's also important for Military families to connect with Mortgage Lenders who understand the "DND Clause"  so that Military families can avoid future posting penalties and know all their options.
